Some people call me the Web2.0 Hacking Guy or even the Mashup Hacking Guy and they have a point here. There is something within that Web2.0 thing that just make me shiver. XPath, XML, JavaScript, JSON, HTML, XHTML, CSS, Flash, ActionScript, Social Networks, RSS, Atom, OpenID, freaking RDF, OWA… all that make sense to the 2.0 Hackers. It is not about XSS or SQL Injection or even directory transversal attacks. It is not about buffer overflows, rootkits, desktop malware; it is about content, synergy, traffic shaping and hacking life and in that hacking the user and the group. Information is indeed a weapon for mass destruction.

Anyway, I’ve got a Google Mashup Editor account today and I must tell you that it looks pretty good from inside. It is quite powerful little tool and I will definitely show you how to do some really powerful stuff with it very soon. I am not sure whether the editor is out of private beta. If it is, go and register yourself an account. Have a play and if you do find something interesting and you are willing to discuss it, pop up at the GNUCITIZEN blog and share you posts, or leave us an email over here.
